The Library has the need for the following requirements for an online event ticketing service platform: accessibility, direct management of the ticketing, notification services, event management services, activity reporting data/analytics services, calendar integration, social media integration, technical support and training, PII protections. The award resulting from this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be a no-cost contract for comprehensive ticketing services as further described in this solicitation. The contractor shall be a non-exclusive ticketing service provider for the Library of Congress.
