The Library of Congress, Motion Picture, Broadcasting, and Recorded Sound Division (LOC-MBRS) requires contractor support to acquire a new motion picture screen (movie theater) and masking system for the Packard Campus Theater at the National Audio-Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC) located in Culpeper, Virginia. The screen and masking system must meet specific requirements outlined in Section C of the attached solicitation. The period of performance will be 3/23/2020 - 4/23/2020. A warranty lasting 12 months on all parts and labor shall begin once the work is completed. The vendor shall provide a new motion picture screen and masking system and shall begin upon Award by the Library of Congress. Please see the Statement of Work in Section C of the attached solicitation for more details. - Amendment 1: The Library of Congress presents Amendment 1 to this solicitation. This amendment does the following: 1. Answers questions from potential offerors 2. Extends the deadline to submit quotes to 03/16/2020 at 5PM ET. 3. Extends the deadline for submitting questions has been extended to 12:00PM ET Noon on 03/12/2020. 4. Changes the period of performance to 04/01 through 12 months, although the actual performance date shall be scheduled between the Contractor and the COR. - Amendment 2: The Library of Congress presents Amendment 2 to this solicitation. This amendment does the following: 1. Extends the deadline to submit quotes to 03/25/2020 at 5PM ET. 2. Allows offerors additional times and dates to schedule a site visit at the MBRS theater.
