The Library of Congress (Library) requires contractor support to produce Braille Book Review, a bimonthly publication that lists books newly added to the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled collection (NLS), in braille. The text content must be transcribed to braille from Word files, proofed for accuracy, duplicated using a press or embosser, bound, boxed, and shipped to approximately 4,600 individuals under the U.S. Postal Service Free Matter for the Blind and Physically Handicapped regulation. The period of performance will be 2/1/2020 - 12/31/2020. The vendor shall produce five issues of Braille Book Review. Each issue will be approximately 140 braille pages in length, and will typically be bound in two volumes.
