The Library of Congress, Motion Picture, Broadcasting and Recorded Sound Division (LOC-MBRS) requires contractor support to acquire a new motion picture screen (movie theater) and masking system for the Packard Campus Theater at the National Audio-Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC) located in Culpeper, Virginia. The screen and masking system must meet specific requirements outlined in Section C of the attached solicitation. The period of performance is 01/13/2020 - 02/13/2020. A warranty lasting 12 months on all parts and labor shall begin once the work is completed. The vendor shall provide a new motion picture screen and masking system and shall begin upon Award by the Library of Congress.
