The Library of Congress is seeking a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) title management system designed specifically for book publishers. The system must be available via software-as-a-service (SaaS) and provide a suite of acquisitions tools to support book publishing industry-standard acquisitions, editorial, production, marketing, promotion, sales, and business processes.
