This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, 030ADV19Q0185, is issued as an unrestricted Request For Proposals (RFP). This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 517311 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The applicable Product Service Code is D322 - IT and Telecom- Internet. This solicitation includes information for two anticipated single-award, Firm Fixed-Price commercial contracts. Refer to the attached document for applicable provisions and clauses, to include, instructions to Offerors, and evaluation factors for award. The Library of Congress incorporates deviations from 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 that are also included in the attached solicitation document.
