This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotes; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (The Center) intends to acquire manufactured TAIT products and installation services. The solicitation reference number 33310525R0001 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01, dated 11/12/2024. This acquisition is an unrestricted solicitation. The NAICS code is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing and the size standard is $40M dollar value. This is a sole-source purchase to Tait USA LLC, 401 W. Lincoln Avenue, Lititz, PA 17543, for the Opera House pit lift retrofit and upgrade. This is an upgrade to the existing lift system. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated.
