TRANE CHILLER MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICE The purpose of this requirement is to acquire contractor support for chiller maintenance and repair services to four (4) Trane Chillers model number CVHF091NAP003UW308 that provide air conditioning to the Centre’s facilities. The Center’s building does not have cooling towers; instead, river water from the Potomac River is pumped into the building and used in the condenser loop of the air conditioning centrifugal chillers The contractor shall be responsible for system maintenance on a monthly, quarterly and selective infrequent service basis to include equipment testing, system evaluation, shut-down/start-up services, condenser tube cleaning, and certification reporting for the respective equipment.
