The Contractor’s security and EMT services personnel have a crucial and highly visible role in support of the Center’s mission. They are usually the first (and sometimes only) contact for visitors, patrons, and staff. They are usually the first line of defense in the Center. It is crucial that the Contractor ensures their employees realize the importance of their role and performs their duties courteously and professionally at all times. The Special Police Officers (SPOs) shall be the primary point of contact for patrons, visitors, and staff for security and medical emergency related matters. The Center is requesting a qualified security guard service provider to provide and maintain the Security and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Services. Vendors shall provide all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates of insurance, pre-employment screening, reports, and files necessary to accomplish security guard services as identified in the SOW. The solicitation is restricted as a Small Business Set-Aside and the NAICS Code 561612 for Security and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Evaluation of offerors will be conducted in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 37 Service Contracting Firm-Fixed-Price
