It shall also include the services of qualified field engineer/technicians authorized by the manufacturer of the system who shall review the installation to ensure its proper operation and provide owner training. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. An award will be made to the company the can provide the Lowest Price Technically Accepted.
