Amendment 002 - the purpose of this amendment is to update the SOW and revise the date for the walk-through, question due date and proposal due date. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ___________________________________ Amendment 001 - the purpose of this amendment is to cancel the walk-throughs. ____________________________________ The U.S. House of Representatives (House), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), is seeking a vendor to provide contracted resources to the House in support of the House Recording Studio (HRS). The House Recording Studio is responsible for maintaining and upgrading the audio-visual equipment utilized in Committee Hearing rooms which are located in the Rayburn, Cannon, and Longworth House Office Buildings in Washington, DC. Scope: HRS is seeking to procure the services of a qualified firm to provide consulting, design, fabrication, installation, and potential lighting for two broadcast facility studio multi-use sets/backgrounds. The current studio sets are decades old and need to be updated to modern standards while still being capable of providing multi-use interview sets and backgrounds with decorum appropriate for use by the Members of the House to communicate with their constituents and media. Contract Awards: The House intends to issue one firm-fixed price award. Walk-Through: See Section L.5.2. Proposal Submission: Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for all proposal submission requirements.
