Amendment 002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to vendor questions. Amendment 001 - The purpose of this amendment the to update the question and proposal due date. ______________________________________________________________________________ Requirement: The U.S. House of Representatives (House), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), is seeking vendor/s to provide contracted resources to the House in support of the House Recording Studio. The House Recording Studio is responsible for maintaining and upgrading the audio-visual equipment utilized in Committee Hearing rooms which are located in the Rayburn, Cannon, and Longworth House Office Buildings in Washington, DC. Scope: The House Recording Studio requires the AV Design services for Committee and Subcommittee hearings rooms. The need for these services is sporadic and the House requires services, when needed throughout the year. Contract Awards: The House contemplates awarding one or more indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) master contracts. Questions: Questions regarding the solicitation should be e-mailed to Toinetta Gordon, Senior Contracts Specialist, at Toinetta.Gordon@mail.house.gov no later than 12:00 PM local time on November 1, 2021. Questions received by that time will be addressed in an Amendment to the solicitation posted on the House website. Solicitation Amendments: Any changes to the solicitation, including any change to the date proposals are due, will be posted as Amendments to the solicitation. Proposal Submission: Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for all proposal submission requirements. Proposals Due: Unless changed by an Amendment to the solicitation, all proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM local time on November 13, 2021.
