The purpose of this solicitation is to pre-qualify one or more contractors who can provide for the purchase, installation and test of Audio/Visual (A/V) equipment. As services are needed task orders will be competed among all contractors that have been pre-qualified. The task orders will include detailed task order statements of work describing the specific work, background, prior related work, known problems, timing requirements, and deliverables. Contract Awards: The House contemplates awarding one or more indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) master contracts. Questions: Questions regarding the solicitation should be e-mailed to Toinetta Gordon, Senior Contracts Specialist, at Toinetta.Gordon@mail.house.gov no later than 12:00 PM local time on November 1, 2021. Questions received by that time will be addressed in an Amendment to the solicitation posted on the House website. Solicitation Amendments: Any changes to the solicitation, including any change to the date proposals are due, will be posted as Amendments to the solicitation on the House website. Proposal Submission: Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for all proposal submission requirements. Proposals Due: Unless changed by an Amendment to the solicitation, all proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM local time on November 15, 2021.
