No solicitation documents will be posted to FedBizOpps. Requirement: The U.S. House of Representatives (House), Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) currently oversees the installation, monitoring and maintenance program for over 500 active sites. The SAA requires the services of an experienced Contractor, to install commercial-grade security equipment and provide monthly monitoring and maintenance in Member District Offices located nationwide. The monitoring service provided must be centralized with alarm notification to local law enforcement and/or the authority having jurisdiction, and the contractor shall provide on-site testing, customer training, maintenance and support. Contract Awards: The House contemplates making one or more awards as a result of this solicitation.
