The GAO is issuing this RFI as a means of conducting market research to request information from industry to determine the most suitable procurement approach for competing / soliciting the requirements outlined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). GAO is also soliciting recommended changes to the SOW along with suggestions for improvement or areas needing further clarification or definition. The GAO may use the comments provided to revise or improve the SOW to make the requirement as clear as possible to enhance competition and determine if there are enough qualified businesses interested in and capable of meeting or exceeding the requirements stated in the draft SOW. Potential vendors are invited to provide feedback to the draft SOW as noted above and responses to RFI items #1 and 2 below. Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. See attached documents for details.
