Attach the answers to the questions received in response to this RFQ. 2. Update the Instructions to Vendors and Evaluation Criteria to show that the GAO will accept sample news clipping reports from dates other than August 5, 6, and 7th. It should be noted that the news clipping sample must include separate reports for three consecutive days starting on a Monday. The changes are in red. The Government Accountability Office (GAO) often called the "congressional watchdog,” is an independent, non-partisan agency that works for Congress. GAO examines how taxpayer dollars are spent, and provides Congress and federal agencies with objective, nonpartisan, fact-based information to help the government save money and work more efficiently. To understand the agency’s impact and support the Office of Public Affairs, GAO requires a daily, comprehensive, custom, digital report that includes articles and news mentions related to GAO. The media monitoring news-clippings service shall capture mentions of the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the current U.S. Comptroller General in the news from all media categories (print, broadcast, web-based, social media, etc.).
