The Government is contemplating awarding a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award with an overall performance period of one base year and four (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition is a TOTAL SMALL-BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and shall be conducted using the policies and procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.3. This BPA will be awarded using the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (TM) hybrid contract types. The Contracting Officer (CO) shall select a vendor for award using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology.
