This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity as required related to the aspects listed below: 1. Does your company have a Top Secret facility clearance for the White House Complex and experience building SCIFs? 2. What is your company size? How many employees? 3. Where is your company located? 4. Does your company have a vertically integrated corporate structure? Please explain and provide an organizational chart to show corporate structure. 5. Does your company have extensive experience in the following trades? Office Build Outs AV/IT Mechanical Millwork 6. What is your small business classification? If submitting a capability statement, please tailor it to address the particulars of this sources sought inquiry, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to meet our requirements. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this RFI. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Whatever information is provided in response to this RFI will be used to assess the business market as it relates to sensitive projects. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
