Request for Information for Planning Purposes Pursuant to FAR 52.215-3 GSA, on behalf of the United States Secret Service (USSS), is looking for a vendor that is able to provide the following RENTAL items: Temporary Floor Covering Carpet - Shall support sound abatement. This includes foam underlayment to support sound absorption. Approximately 17,246 total square feet. Temporary Space Dividers Acoustic baffling or panels - Shall be self-supporting. Will not be able to install into a ceiling nor into the floor. Each partitioned space shall either have acoustic baffling material to enclose the areas at a minimum of 7'6" high to provide privacy and sound abatement; or shall have room dividers in the form of partitions, composed of sound absorbing paneling to support NPC 1.0 or STC 6.0. Approximately 1,042 total linear feet. Pipe and drape - Remaining partitioning can be pipe and drape and should consist of a thicker velour material with some sound absorbing capability. Approximately 345 total linear feet. Temporary Power Supply from Existing Panels 97 x 15 amp circuits - 16 will have quad receptacles, 110v AC. 56 will have duplex receptacles, 110v AC. 9 x 20 AMP circuits 110v AC outlets for consumer electronics, 3 plugs per seat for 274 seats, distributed to circuits as appropriate per code 110v AC outlets for consumer electronics, 2 plugs per seat for 32 seats, distributed to circuits as appropriate per code Vendor shall supply, install, and remove after use temporary floor covering, temporary space dividers, and temporary power supply, as listed above. Use of the materials after installation and before removal will be approximately 60-70 days.
