Ft. (ABOA): 3,358 Rentable Square Feet (NTE): 3,862 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Reserved for GOV Full Term: Up to Twenty (20) Years Firm Term: Five (5) Years* Termination Rights: 120 Days in whole or in part Option Term: TBD Additional Requirements: Class A or B space in a modern office building Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The building, space and/or surrounding area shall be compatible with the government's intended use. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Persons interested in offering space meeting these requirements and wishing to obtain a solicitation should contact the USDA on or before 5:00 p.m. EST on August 2, 2019 and must include the following: 1. Total ANSI/BOMA usable square feet office area (ABOA) and the building common area factor (ANSI/BOMA SF is the square footage used solely by the USDA and does not include shared space/restrooms/elevators/corridors) 6. Amount of onsite paved parking available; parking lot must be able to accommodate full-thru trailers and oversized vehicles 7.
