Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, The Technology Transformation Service requires the acquisition of state-issued identification verification services available only from one source, requiring an ‘Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements’ justification and approval. This justification and approval (J&A) authorizes and approves the issuance of a firm-fixed-price contract to the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), a non-profit organization, located at 4401 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 700, Arlington, VA 22203., for verification of state issued identification. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) 1-year Base period, one (1) additional 1-year option period, and three (3) additional six-month option periods. This PoP will allow for continuous monitoring of the market. This service will be used to verify the state-issued identification presented by applicants to the Login.gov platform. The state-issued identification includes driver’s licenses, state-issued identification cards, and other forms of identification issued by states.
