THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND ACQUISITION PLANNING PURPOSES (SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY). THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This is not a request for quote or proposal. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue an RFP, RFQ, contract or order. The Government will not pay for any effort expended or any material provided in response to this announcement. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This Sources Sought Notice is being issued by the General Services Administration to gain knowledge of potential sources for the acquisition of design-build construction services. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and ultimately issuance of an award. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The design-build project consists of replacing existing failing/leaking grease traps; furnish and install new grease traps at a location to be determined at the Sam Nunn Federal Building located at 61 Forsyth Street, Atlanta, GA, 30303. Small businesses including business in all socio-economic categories that are certified and qualified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 236220 (Size Standard is $36.5 million) are encouraged to respond. All firms and prime contractors entering agreements with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov prior to award of a contract. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All interested contractors should notify this office in writing, by email (preferred method) or regular mail by 1:00PM EST on 13 March, 2020. Complete and sign the Sources Sought Information Request Form, submit response and information via email to: david.webb@gsa.gov or via regular mail to Attention: David A. Late responses will not be accepted. Note: All information submitted is subject to verification. The Government will review each response and will use the information it receives in response to this sources sought notice as a basis for determining whether there exists reasonable expectation of obtaining a sufficient number of offers that are competitive in terms of market prices, quality and delivery.
