This Sources Sought Notice is being issued by the General Services Administration Public Building Services, Region 4, to gain knowledge of potential sources for the acquisition of Combined Facilities Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Janitorial Related Services for federal buildings located at: Augusta US Courthouse, GA0009ZZ, 500 Ford Street East, Augusta, GA 30901 J. Roy Rowland US Courthouse, GA0036ZZ, 100 North Franklin Street, Dublin, GA 31021 Prince H. Preston Federal Building, GA0114ZZ, 52 Main Street, Statesboro, GA 30458 Frank M. Scarlett Federal Building, GA0103ZZ, 805 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, GA 31520 The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, operations and maintenance, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. Small businesses, including businesses in all socio-economic categories that are certified and qualified are encouraged to respond. All firms and prime contractors entering agreements with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. This is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and ultimately issuance of an award.
