Be sure to acknowledge solicitation amendment on any submitted SF1442*** The site of this project is the second floor CIS space located at 650 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814. The intent of this project is to install ADA door operators and all associated hardware on three (3) sets of double-doors and one (1) single door. CIS has decided to make all public doors in their space ADA compliant so their customers with disabilities can access their public spaces. All hardware components must be approved by GSA Project Manager prior to project start. This project is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14). To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System Management (SAM), which may be found at ww.sam.gov/. All interested parties are cautioned to ensure that information listed in SAM is current and correct. Site walk will be conducted on Thursday, November 19, 2020 with Project Manager, Robert Rudd. Site walk will begin at 10:00AM local time in lobby of building. Information for registering for the site walk can be found in the attached solicitation. ***Vendors must attend site walk to have proposal considered for award. *** Deadline to submit questions is close of business (COB) Tuesday, November 24, 2020. The basis of award is lowest price technically acceptable. Vendors are required to send proposals/questions to both the primary and secondary points of contact as well as david.gardner@gsa.gov.
