NOTICE: This solicitation will only be available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6, under the Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services for the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska (GSA, PBS Region 6). Roof Fall and Lead Abatement Project - Richard C. Bolling Building - 601 East 12th St. Kansas City, Missouri 64106 - This project will provide updated roof-fall protection for the higher roof and penthouse of the Bolling Building. The work will also be performing minor demolition to allow for the structural connections to be made from the roof-fall guide rail stations as well as other roof-mounted equipment. The work will also be removing and/or encapsulating existing lead from structural columns at the upper-level mechanical louvers.
