This procurement is set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) certified small business under the Region 6 Small Business Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Design Build Construction Contract. This project will provide for a new air pressurization system due to freezing pipes and lack of security doors closing due to the current system not holding the proper amount of pressure. The space to be worked on is currently occupied at the federal building.
