Licensee shall provide all management, administration, supervision, labor, equipment (except as otherwise described herein), materials and supplies necessary to provide food services as determined by GSA. This flexibility is to allow GSA and the Licensee to adapt to circumstances that might affect building operations, such as temporary closures due to local emergencies, or extended closures due to quarantine or stay-at-home orders. Additionally, this flexibility may assist the Licensee with long term continuing operation by providing a framework to address changes in food service requirements, financial viability and changes in demand. The level of delivery of all food services must be negotiated and then approved by the GSA’s Building Manager and the Regional Concessions, Amenities, & Wellness Program Manager. On an as needed basis, the licensee will be also be required to provide the following: Jury Meals Jury Refreshments/Snacks Catering The above described services shall be performed at the following location: Theodore Roosevelt Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, 3rd Floor, Brooklyn, New York 11202-1818
