Licensee shall pr... This is a solicitation for a Cafe' operator for the Alfonse D'Amato Courthouse and Federal Building located at 100 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, New York. 1. Description of Services. Licensee shall provide all management, administration, supervision, labor, equipment materials and supplies necessary to provide food services as determined by GSA. Licensee will provide the food service level described below and further described in the attached Statement of Work and Exhibits. The above described services shall be performed at the following location: 1) Alfonse D’Amato Courthouse and Federal Building, 100 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, N.Y. 2. Scope of Work. 1) The Licensee shall provide Cafe’ level food services including on-site grill offerings. Food services shall include a limited line of prepared hot vegetables and entrees each day, a full line of prepared hot food from a grill and fryer station, a range of food prepared on premise, such as soups, salads, and cold sandwiches that are self or attendant served. Simultaneously, available services should include order-pick-up and food-delivery service options. It is strongly encouraged that Licensee establish an on-line ordering and payment system to enable efficient pick up of pre-ordered food. The Licensee shall offer only freshly prepared food and beverage items and may not offer pre-packaged food or beverages. Pre-packaged food and beverage items are provided by the separate Randolph Sheppard Program run Micromart. The successful vendor is encouraged to work with the Courts on additional opportunities such as jury meals or catering.
