Licensee shall provide all management, administration, supervision, labor, equipment (except as otherwise described herein), materials and supplies necessary to operate two full service cafeterias for breakfast and lunch service. Including but not limited to an on site grill, cafeteria style food preparation and service, soups, salads or salad bar (as permitted by local food service restrictions in effect). Service shall be prompt, efficient and courteous and shall avoid undue interference with the operation of the buildings in which services are provided. On an as needed basis, the licensee will be also be required to provide the following: Jury Meals Jury Refreshments/Snacks Catering The above described services shall be performed at the locations identified below: Thurgood Marshall Courthouse (Thurgood CH), located at 40 Foley Square, Lower Lobby, New York, NY 10007; and Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse (Moynihan CH), located at 500 Pearl Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10007.
