Licensee shall provide all management, administration, supervision, labor, equipment (except as otherwise described herein), materials and supplies necessary to provide daily food services, including breakfast and lunch service (See EXHIBIT 2 A). Services include but are not limited to an on site grill, cafeteria style food preparation and service, soups, salads or salad bar (as permitted by local food service restrictions in effect). Service shall be prompt, efficient and courteous and shall avoid undue interference with the operation of the buildings in which services are provided.
