Vendors must be registered to receive purchase orders via EDI or the OMS Vendor Portal. Performance locations are within the Continental United States, with pricing requested on a FOB Destination (CONUS) basis and the vendor’s best delivery lead time. Shipments must comply with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling, and the full delivery address will be provided on awarded purchase orders.
