This is an assisted acquisition with GSA as the Servicing Agency on behalf of the Requesting Agency, VA Milwaukee Healthcare System (MHCS). The requirement is a follow on to RFQ47QMCA24Q0037 which was cancelled to evaluate the technical requirements. This request for quote (RFQ) is for two (2) each 4X2 Refrigerated Vans as noted in the attachments. Please see the attached document "RFQ47QMCA24Q0063 Combined Solicitation_SF18 for instructions on how to submit a quote. Please note Attachment B - Vehicle Specs and Market Research Sheet lists the desired specifications for the vehicles to meet the VA MHCS immediate requirements and local vendors who may have the vehicles in their inventory. No vehicle orders will be acceptable for this program. All quoted vehicles must be for new, already manufactured vehicles which are ready for immediate delivery.
