This requirement is a small business set aside. Please review all three attachments including the RFQ letter, Attachment 1 Price Spreadsheet, and Attachment 2 Brand Name Justification. Please follow all instructions provided in the RFQ letter. The provided Price Spreadsheet must be used to submit a quote in Excel format. GSA will accept quotes for a subset of items, if respondent cannot provide all items listed in Attachment 1. In Attachment 1, please fill out the “GSA Contract or Open Market Column” to indicate which item(s) your company is able to provide, under which MAS schedule numbers available or open market. If any item is on a vendor’s GSA Schedule, pricing submitted as part of the quote must be at or below the vendor’s GSA Schedule pricing for that item. State proposal validity date in cell B25 of Attachment 1. Responses to this RFQ must be submitted via email to victoria.howland@gsa.gov and laura.farren@gsa.gov .
