GSA is seeking the Market Value (MV) of the fee simple interest of the subject based on its highest and best uses. The value estimate will be used in decision making to ultimately facilitate a disposal action. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, travel, tools, materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to perform an appraisal of the real property as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
