This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The GSA Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CIO) requires the Elemental Live AE Unlimited Support and Maintenance Services for one year. The GSA streaming infrastructure in the central office and regional locations is comprised of appliances manufactured by Elemental. The Elemental brand services is required in order to maintain the integrity of the network, without any degradation of the service to the GSA users and customers, compatible video processing platform. Reference should be made to the attached Request for Quote and Statement of Work (SOW) for specific details of the required Elemental Live Unlimited Support and Services. The applicable Request for Quote (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) are attached under the Package TAB under the Fed Business Opportunities site. Click the Package Tab to obtain the RFQ and SOW. Carefully read the RFQ/SOW and prepare quotes to be submitted under Fed Business Opportunities. In accordance with FAR 6 a Justification and Approval (JA) is attached. The Clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Additional clauses are incorporated under the RFQ. All quotes/responses shall be submitted via FedBiz Opportunities "Bid/Response" TAB; addressed to Anita Little, Contracting Officer no later than Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 4:00 pm.
