GSA desires to publicize an official Request for Proposal (RFP) with the intention to set up a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for water damage mitigation and remediation for GSA facilities in the Northeast and Caribbean Region covering New York State, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands. This RFP will consider a total small business set-aside, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. This notice is being issued solely for information and planning purposes. Therefore, this posting does not constitute a Request for Quote/Invitation for Bid/Request for Proposal. Any submission of quotes or pricing information will be reviewed for reference only. Name of your firm, full name of primary point-of-contact (including email, phone number) 2. DUNS number 3. Small business status 4. Summary of information that outlines previous experience performing work on services of similar size, scope, complexity, and time frames. (Also indicate whether work was done for a government or commercial entity and in what capacity - as a primary contractor, subcontractor or join venture) Company-specific information that demonstrates technical know-how, institutional knowledge and deep familiarity with the elevator/escalator/lift maintenance services industry. A draft of the anticipated Statement of Work (SOW) is attached.
