The purpose of the appraisal is to estimate the Fair Annual Rent (FAR) for the subject property based on specific characteristics that define the Subject of this appraisal. GSA will use this rate as the basis for rent for Federal tenants occupying space in the building. These appraisals are an annual Federal requirement, but due to COVID this requirement has been suspsended since 2019; as a result GSA needs to determine vendor interest and availability for this project. The buildings have been separated into two groups based on general location; when responding please identify whether there is a preference for each group to be solicited separately or combined.
