The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research for Atlassian Professional Support Services to potentially replace existing services. The goal of this RFI is to determine the feasibility of partnering with vendors who have the capabilities and capacity to provide Atlassian Professional Support Services, to assist GSA in providing administration, management, front- and back-end support, help desk services for the Atlassian stack of applications that GSA IT ICEW offers to all of GSA and several other agencies – Jira, Confluence, and Crowd, and on occasion, one-off projects, such as migrating offices from their Jira or Confluence instance into the instance managed by GSA IT, or migrating offices from their business management systems into Jira, or integrating with secure authentication services already provided by GSA.
