The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) for GSA is responsible for the financial leadership of the Administration. Within OCFO, is Pegasys Financial Services (PFS), a Federal Shared Service Provider (FSSP), which offers Momentum Financials® as a Shared Service. Pegasys Financial Services (PFS) manages the existing Momentum offerings, specifically, GSA’s existing instance of Momentum Financials®, Pegasys, as well as a second instance of Momentum Financials® for external agencies, also called Pegasys. Pegasys customers include the General Services Administration (GSA) as well as 40+ external commissions, agencies, and boards.
