GSA FEDSIM is releasing this Request for Information (RFI). The purpose of this RFI is to assist the Government in conducting market research focused on identifying responsible, technically qualified, SDVOSB sources. The Government is also using this RFI, in part, to determine whether the entire scope can be performed by one SDVOSB or if it is more appropriate to divide the scope into multiple requirements. Therefore, the Government invites all SDVOSBs capable of performing any section(s) of the scope below to respond to this RFI. This information will be used for market research only. The areas of scope for this requirement include program management support; office management and operational support; acquisition management and contract specialist support; technical writing support; contract quality control support; graphic design and outreach support; data analysis and automation support; and contractor site Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). This RFI does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment, implied or otherwise, by the Government that a procurement action will be issued. Response to this notice is not a request to be added to a bidders list or to receive a copy of a solicitation. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the submission of the requested information. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow up information requests. Responses to this RFI may be considered in the future determination of an appropriate acquisition strategy for the program. The Government may not respond to any specific questions or comments submitted in response to this RFI or information provided as a result of this request. Any information submitted by respondents as a result of this notice is strictly voluntary. Please be advised that the awardee (and any subcontractors, consultants, or teaming partners) shall be ineligible from proposing (to include as prime, subcontractor, or consultant) on any procurement issued by FEDSIM for the duration of the resulting contract. There is no mitigation strategy to resolve this organizational conflict of interest.
