This RFI seeks to gather industry capability regarding the following objective: The WHLDP requires a contractor that is a non-partisan provider with a physical presence in Washington, DC that will use a co-designed to deliver two courses for Leadership Development and Coaching curriculum, which will give the program access to a vast network of speakers and time-tested leadership development programming. The contractor shall work closely with the program director and staff of WHLDP to provide a curriculum for 20 senior WHLDP fellows for the training/sessions during the 12-month period.
