RFI1616995-2 vILT Training Courses for FAC-C (Professional), FACCOR, Credentials & Continuous Learning The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) and the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) are issuing a request for information (RFI) for vILT Training Courses for FAC-C (Professional), FAC-COR, Credentials and Continuous Learning solely for market research and planning purposes. This does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), a Request for Quote (RFQ) or an indication that the Government will contract for any of the items and/or services discussed in this notice. A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement to support this requirement.
