This Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain training course information from potential suppliers of training services. The Office of Strategic Communication (OSC) is seeking information on two courses, "Building Better Writer's Program" and "Pitch Clinic" training services. This RFI is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and can/will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice.
