The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of the Government-wide Policy (OGP), Technology Business Management Program Management Office (TBM PMO), IT Modernization Program Management Office (a.k.a Data Center and Cloud Optimization Initiative [DCCOI] PMO), Federal Executive Councils, and the Federal Acquisition Service’s IT Vendor Management Office (FAS ITVMO) is issuing this RFI notice to measure the interest and availability of vendors that are experts, managers, analysts and/or specialists that can lead, implement, and support a wide range of improvement initiatives, in a range of functional areas (in support of various projects) including: process/technology assessments, improvement projects, pilot implementations of new technology and processes, research/analysis/report writing, benchmarking and data gathering, development of guidance/policy, data analytics, and development of training content.
