The GSA, PBS, Region 1, seeks information on the availability of firms (both small and large businesses) who can successfully Construct and install a new 8,000 Square Foot (SF) Pre-Engineered Hi-Bay General Purpose Warehouse for the United States Army, Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (DRFTA) Massachusetts. The intended use of the Building is to store Sets, Kits and Outfits (SKO) and will not be considered an occupied space for force protection considerations. The Government requests firms to review the instructions on the attached RFI and submit a response by February 28, 2019
