The purpose of this RFI is to solicit technical approaches and budgetary estimates for an enterprise, comprehensive, fully integrated marketing automation solution, and to assist the Government in assessing the range of solutions available in the market. The responders will provide a detailed description of the operation, maintenance, and required technical support to operate and maintain its solution to assist the Government in its market research. We anticipate the current industry solutions are innovative and will provide GSA value, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs.
