In accordance with FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997), this Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and can/will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to their submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party’s expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Follow up demos may be requested by GSA to gain further information regarding products/services. If necessary, demonstrations will be virtual on a GSA-hosted web platform for no longer than 2 hours in duration, with allotted time for questions from the GSA review panel. GSA is seeking a means to obtain professional training services that include a high degree of interactive participation with training attendees. The government has a need to provide standardized training to support its project teams who are crucial to the design, development, and construction of GSA facilities, including leased facilities, across the nation. This action will provide training at two (2) levels that aligns with requirements of the Public Law 117-58 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), including the Courthouse Program, GSA’s Land Port of Entry (LPOE) Program, and others. The training requirement includes two (2) levels of additional technical training for members of various GSA project teams to learn, adopt, and maintain Lean Project Delivery principles in their work.
