In accordance with FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997), this Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and can/will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to their submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party’s expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Follow up demos may be requested by GSA to gain further information regarding products/services. If necessary, demonstrations will be virtual on a GSA-hosted web platform for no longer than 2 hours in duration, with allotted time for questions from the GSA review panel. The United States General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) is issuing this public announcement to interested entities that are qualified to participate in a nationwide contract for the National Learning from Our Legacy training program. Interested vendors should submit their specialized experience in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 611430 for Professional and Management Development Training, with a small business size standard of $13.0 Million. Interested companies should submit their email by 3:00pm Eastern Time, Thursday, May 19, 2022.
