This procurement is for a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Job Order Construction Contract for one (1) Single Award. One award will be made for the following geographic area: (1) Nebraska Field Office (State of Nebraska) The work will be performed when authorized by properly executed Task Orders (GSA300)’s which will be issued from time to time for various quantities and types of work provided for in this contract. This authorized work shall be performed only at Government-owned buildings and/ or Government-leased space where GSA has either repair responsibility or authority. This Contract involves a Base Year (1) and One (1) Year Option. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this project is: 236220, size standard $45 million. The maximum value (total of the base and all optional period) is $1,000,000 per contract. The contractor will submit a bid factor that would be applied to all future task orders utilizing the 2023 Facilities Construction Cost with RS Means Data Book. The scope of work for the projects executed by Task Orders under the Contract include various construction improvements requiring the contractor to furnish all the necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, etc., (except as may otherwise be provided for in the specifications).
