One award will be made for the entire state of Iowa as prescribed in solicitation documents. The scope of work for the projects executed by Task Orders under the Contract include various construction improvements requiring the contractor to furnish all the necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, etc., (except as may otherwise be provided for in the specifications). All contractors must be certified through the Small Business Administration as a Women-Owned Small Business at the time offers are due.
